@science247 Thanks! Yes, there’s always a bunch of ways of making a selection (quickmask, flood tool, ctrl+lasso select, magic scissors etc). Really, the art is to know them all, including their strengths and weaknesses and combine the tools best suited to the image. That’s a bit much for a beginner tute, though, so I stuck to one approach.
@GoogieTomz – A bit hard to help without any more info. In what way did it not work? What did you try and what happened?
im trying to use that at manycam, so i can have a hat but it doesnt work?
@zxcdfgyui91 Yeah I can see she was kidding around.. so was I! lol. Like someone titled “WildForrestMonkeyBoy” can be serious about names…
@WildForrestMonkeyBoy She Was Just Kidding And Bam U Start Insulting Her? Common Its Isnt Worth It …
can’t you just use the scissors? invert the selection, feather it, and cut? it’s pretty near perfect and as far as i’m concerened i don’t like to be this specific. unless it’s important. there is always the fuzzy brush as well.
But great job. another bit of information to add to the gimp mind
oh BTW great job on Tutorial. i liked the way it flowed. unlike other people who. type everything on a notepad as there doing it. wasting valuable time.
